The 8T pump hoist with 21,000 lbs. capacity and a 40 ft. high telescoping mast is designed to mount on a 2 ton or larger truck.  Fast and easy setup by means of a self supporting mast with two 3 1/2" bore hydraulic cylinders.  A guy cable is not needed in most situations.  Designed to allow for easy access to hard-to-get-to pumps.  Total pump hoist weight is approximately 5,300 lbs.  A deck, headache rack and toolboxes add approximately 3,000 lbs.

• Mast: 40 ft. high telescoping mast with 10 ft. maximum layback

• The mainline spool is driven by a heavy duty pinion gear with the pinion shaft direct coupled to the hydraulic motor.  Braking is accomplished with a Smeal automatic fail safe brake.
• The tailout winch is worm gearbox driven with a 2,000 lb. lifting capacity at 30 feet per minute.  Tailout cable: 3/8" x 125 ft.
• Line Block: Blocks for reeving a 2 part or 3 part line
• Hooks: 7 ton and 15 ton safety hooks
• PTO for standard transmission (PTO is available for an automatic at additional cost)
• Hydraulic pump: 2 stage gear pump
• The pump hoist may be mounted in a 54" x 11' utility body or on a deck
• Open frame design allows for full use of the deck area 
• Operating controls are conveniently located at the left rear corner of the rig and are accessible from ground level 
• Hydraulic bypass valves are incorporated to protect from overloading

• Sandline winch: 2,500 lb. bare spool lifting capacity with 325 feet per minute line speed.  It is power-up and power-down.  Braking is accomplished with a Smeal automatic fail safe brake.  Spool capacity: 800 ft. of 1/2 in. cable, 1,100 ft. of 7/16 in. cable or 1,500 ft. of 3/8 in. cable.
